How to Order
You may place your order via email, telling us the item code and quantity of each item you are interested
in. You may also email us with any question you have in regards to our products. We will email you to confirm your order and process
it in less than 12 hours. In most cases all the items listed on our Web site are in-stock. We will ship the items you ordered within
one working day after receiving your payment in full. In the case of any item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will email you
with anticipated arrival date of stocking. You are only required to pay once the items you ordered are ready for shipment.
How to Pay
We currently only accept the direct deposit to our bank account. If you want to pay with your credit cards
or you are an international customer, we would accept PayPal as a means of payment as well. It is a safe way as we do not keep your
credit card information. We will send the items as soon as your payment has been cleared in our bank account. Please contact us by email

Delivery Details
We normally ship our products within Australia via regular mail or parcel. A registered parcel may
be arranged should you request. The exact freight prices are subject to the postal charges of Australia Post. A regular parcel
under 500 grams will cost you about $5. International customers are required to
contact us for a quote.
Return/Refund Policy
We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality products, ensuring that each transactions
results in a satisfactory shopping experience with us. All products can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 working
days of delivery if the product is faulty or you are dissatisfied with. All products must be returned in their original condition
and packaging, which means they must be in new, unused condition. Upon receipt of your returned products, we will reimburse you for
the cost of the goods providing they meet our standard conditions for return. Please contact us by email before you return the
goods. We are sorry not to reimburse you the postal cost.
